Our staff can develop and deliver educational programs, health fairs and outreach programs. We focus on the prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS for adults and adolescents in minority communities. Our training helps to dismiss the myths, choosing instead to expand on factual information that individuals and organizations need to make informed decisions.
African Americans represent approximately 14 percent of the U.S. population, but accounted for 44 percent of all new HIV infections in 2009.
Hispanic/Latinos represent approximately 16 percent of the total U.S. population, but accounted for 20 percent of all new HIV infections in 2009.
